We have gathered some useful information commonly asked by our customers.  If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart".  Proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page, where you will fill in your personal information and pay for the order.  Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact our customer support via the contact page as soon as possible to change or cancel your order before it is shipped.

 

WHERE CAN I PROVIDE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?

When you click on "CHECK OUT" in  your cart, you will see information about your order in the right column.  Enter your code in the "Discount" field and click on "Apply".  If you are shopping on a mobile platform, click on "Show order Summary" at the top of the check out page.

 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes.  It is therefore important to make sure that the e-mail you have entered is correct and to check your spam box if you cannot find the e-mail, please contact us before you make another purchase so we can check whether your order is in our system or not. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

The current manufacturing time is five days, after that your order will be shipped.  You will receive a confirmation as soon as your products are shipped. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery will depend on what you have ordered.  The longest time you should have to wait is 45 days.  

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us if you have not received your package within the time frame stated on the product page and your order confirmation.

 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT?

Yes, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions and the return address.  Please note that the item needs to be un-used.  For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 14 days of deliver.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, we are only shipping to the United States.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We currently accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards and Pay Pal.  We will have Apple pay soon.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to return a product, contact us within 14 days after you have received your product.  Please note that the product needs to be unused.  View our "Exchange & Returns" page for more information and details.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT?

We urge our customers to check products as soon as they are received, to ensure that they are in good condition and exactly what you have ordered.  If you find anything wrong with the product, please contact us immediately.
